AdStar Integrates Edgil Payment Solution

North Chelmsford, MA, January 23, 2003 -- Edgil Associates Inc., the leading supplier of complete automated payment processing systems for the publishing industry, announces that AdStar, Inc. of Marina del Rey, has incorporated Edgil's EdgCapture eCommerce Option for managing credit card payments in their industry leading Web-based ad-taking technology. This represents the first EdgCapture installation exclusively managing payments from the Web.

The eCommerce Option provides secure access from a Web server application to a locally resident EdgCapture system. The option allows real-time credit card transaction processing with results returned directly to the customer's Web browser.
