advertising industry. Edgil's products and services, including our
industry-leading EdgCapture payment processing solution, will continue
to be offered under the Edgil brand.
EdgCapture processes over 12,000,000 newspaper advertising and
circulation transactions annually for Tribune, Gannett, Knight Ridder,
Copley, New York Times, Advance, Cox, and Village Voice Media properties,
as well as many independent daily and specialty publications. In
addition, Edgil's EdgFlow content processing technology is used
by media organizations, such as the Associated Press (AP), The
Boston Globe, and The Orange County Register, to meet
a wide variety of content management needs.
